  • When will I receive access to the indicator or EA?

    Within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive an invitation via Tradingview. Please be sure to provide your Tradingview username upon check-out.

  • Can I start with $500?

    Yes you can. You can configure the lot sizes in the indicator for smaller accounts. However, we recommend starting with $1,000; this will ensure more room for potential drawdowns.

  • Can I pay with PayPal?

    We no longer support Paypal as of 10/2022.

  • How do I reach Customer Support?

    Have questions or need additional support? Send an email to admin@analytixtrading.com with NAME - SUPPORT as the subject, or feel free to send us a message in the Support channel on Discord - either way, we’ll get back to you ASAP.

  • I have friends who want to subscribe to your product(s). Do you have a referral program?

    Yes! We love to reward our loyal customers. Please send an email to admin@analytixtrading.com with NAME - Referral Program Inquiry as the subject. We’ll back to you with information on our program.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Please log into your Analytix Trading profile to manage your subscription. You can also send an email to admin@analytixtrading.com with subject as NAME - Subscription Cancellation. Please include your tradingview username in the body of the email.
